Creating a New User Group

/admin/manage/groups/create/
Title = The name of user group you are creating i.e. "Administrators" "Customer Service" and etc...
Access Level = Select a level here from 0 - 10, where 0 = banned, 1 = guest, 2 = member(customer), 3 - 9 are reserved for future use, 10 = admin.
