How does this Wordpress Bridge work from BlogToRank CMS?

So what it does is it treats admins from BlogToRank CMS as user #1 from WordPress which is default admin. As this basically just to retrieves the admin rights and we cant assume anymore than that because wordpress only comes with 1 set of rights admins.

Once regular users are logged into BlogToRank CMS, they are able to post comments on the blog, but are NOT allowed to login to the SiteAdmin of Wordpress which is only given to Administrators from BlogToRank CMS's core.
